Derbystar® XXL-Set Football CLUB Light 350

The set consisting of 18x Light Derbystar® CLUB 350 footballs and a well-ventilated ball bag is the ideal complete solution for clubs, schools, and training groups in youth football. With a reduced weight of approximately 350 g, the balls support age-appropriate technique and game development and are perfect for the E- and D-junior age groups.

The balls’ matte PU surface with a textured finish provides a pleasant ball feel as well as reliable playing and flight characteristics during training. Thanks to Dual Bonded technology, the balls have a stable construction and high shape retention. The wrapped butyl bladder inside ensures good air tightness and supports consistently stable playing properties over time. The included ball bag allows for easy transport and neat storage of the training balls.

What does Dual Bonded mean?

DB stands for Dual Bonded. It is a technology used in the manufacture of footballs. The individual parts of the ball cover, the panels, are first manually stitched together and then sealed with a special adhesive (bonding). This reduces water absorption at the seams, making the ball more consistent for a pleasant ball feel, more durable, and it retains its round shape longer.

What is a butyl bladder?

The interior of the football in this version is made from butyl, a synthetic rubber. The material retains air extremely well even under heavy use, heat, friction, and moisture. It is firm and shape-stable, so the ball rarely needs to be re-inflated.
