Covemo® Back Mobilizer
COVEMO - Spinal mobilizer and self-massage roller for mobilizing the cervical spine, thoracic spine, and lumbar spine! Adapts perfectly to your vertebrae and brings them back into a natural position. Additionally, the massage roller massages and mobilizes the trigger and tender points of tension.
The massager roller is available in 2 different levels of firmness. The "Soft" variant is particularly suitable for beginners and individuals sensitive to pain. The "Hard" variant is ideal for heavier individuals and those who are already experienced. The Covemo can withstand a point load of up to 75 kg and can also be used with a higher total body weight.
The self-massage roller Covemo is easy to use and self-explanatory. With its unique shape and special features, it helps to move the spine and relax the spinal muscles. Training with the back mobilizer is effective and just a few minutes a day are sufficient. The delivery includes a training and operating manual with an abundant number of exercises.
