O'Live® Core Trainer
The Core Trainer allows a variety of exercises when used with Olympic barbells and plates. The barbell can be moved 360° in any direction. The difficulty level can be adjusted by adding weight plates at the top of the bar. The large, unrestricted range of motion enables flexible training that targets various muscle groups in the upper and lower body.
To secure the Core Trainer, a 25 kg weight plate on the floor or at least two 10 kg plates stacked on top of each other with a 50 mm (2 inch) hole are required.
