Using this practical joint and other equipment, such as gymnastic bars or plastic rods, coordination rings, or hula hoops, training hurdles, targets for throwing and catching games, small goals, and other elements for exercise courses can be built. The joint is clipped onto the bar or hoop and is flexibly movable on it. This allows, for example, the height of a hurdle built with bars to be quickly changed. In addition, cross positions of the bars are possible due to the swivel element. The spring pressure keeps the position stable once the desired position is set. It is possible to accommodate bars and hoops with a round profile of Ø 25 mm and coordination rings with a flat profile of approximately 8 - 10 mm.
