Schildkröt® Door Pull-Up Bar - Chin-Up Bar
The doorway pull-up bar can be easily and securely installed and is suitable for pull-ups, sit-ups, various stretching exercises, or simply hanging out. Depending on the mounting height, the bar can be used by children or adults. The bar, made of approximately 25mm thick metal tubing, features two non-slip foam grip surfaces in black.
To protect the door frame, the bar is equipped with rubber pads on both sides. Two sleeves are included in the delivery for secure installation and can be screwed into the door frame. The pull-up bar is suitable for door frames with a clearance width of 63-96 cm. The bar can be continuously adjusted in length using a screw mechanism and can thus be easily tensioned into the door frame without the use of tools.
For exercises in a hanging upside-down position, such as with hanging shoes or gravity boots, we strongly recommend using the pull-up bar only with the screw-in sleeves!
