Plate Load Chest Press
Plate-load strength devices for individual assembly with 50 mm weight plates. Stable, powder-coated steel frames made of oval tube 100 x 50 mm with encapsulated industrial ball bearings at the pivot points. High-quality seat and back cushions, robust grip padding. The chest press features a converging movement pattern. The starting position is adjustable and the arm movement can be independently adjusted. The seat height can be adjusted using a gas spring.
Training with the chest press targets the chest muscles (especially the upper portion), front shoulders, and triceps. The weight can be individually adjusted for each athlete and easily changed between sets.
