The Century® Versys VS. BOB is ideal for a variety of martial arts such as Karate, Taekwondo, or Judo. In training, it offers a multitude of application possibilities including striking techniques, inside and outside kicks, punches, as well as elbow and knee strikes.
For optimal stability during training, the base can be filled with sand. Sand is not included in the delivery.
