Calisthenics Rings
Exercises on this equipment can strengthen the muscles of the shoulder girdle and abdomen. In addition, the paraspinal muscles are activated, the spine is stabilized, and the chest muscles are stretched. The Outdoor Street Workout equipment is made of corrosion-resistant steel and powder-coated. The construction bars with a square profile of 80 x 80 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm are screwed together and secured with polymer plugs.
