The Boxing Base is a freestanding punching bag for releasing aggression, boxing training, or simply for getting a good workout. The punching bag is made of durable foam and is mounted on a stable, sand-filled base. This prevents the punching bag from falling over easily, minimizes injuries, and absorbs punches and strikes very well.

The Boxing Base punching bag is available in two sizes. With a height of 110 cm, it is ideal for children aged 4 and up, while the 140 cm height is suitable for older and larger children aged 8 and up.

The punching bag is suitable for both active play and intensive training. After every punch, whether with boxing gloves or without, the freestanding bag immediately returns to an upright position. Exercises with the punching bag enhance physical performance, stamina, coordination, as well as concentration and discipline.
