For training with the punching bag, we recommend using sandbag gloves or boxing gloves in 10 or 12 ounces. Compared to a sandbag, the punching bags are filled evenly from top to bottom with fabric remnants. This ensures a balanced weight and comfortable and joint-friendly shock absorption. For hanging the leather punching bags, you can choose from wall and ceiling mounts.
