BOSU® Balance Pods Set of 2
The BOSU Balance Pods are designed for targeted training of balance and coordination. They provide more instability during exercises such as squats, push-ups, or planks and promote proprioception. The firmness can be adjusted flexibly through a valve.
The ring-shaped surface offers grip and comfort for hands and feet, while the textured underside prevents slipping. Of course, the balance pods can be used from both sides as well. Thanks to their compact size, the pods can be used on the go and easily stored afterwards.
