BLACKROLL® STANDARD
The Blackroll® STANDARD is the ideal recovery tool for use after exertion and can also be used for mobilizing and warming up the muscles before exertion. The fascia roller is also great for getting started with fascia training and for self-massage with the roller.
Even during the first applications, muscle tension and adhesions in the fascia tissue are released. Rolling with the fascia roller increases blood circulation to the affected muscles. It mobilizes the fascia tissue and releases fascial adhesions. Regular training with the standard fascia roller increases the elasticity of the fascia and improves mobility.
