The medical fascia roller has a lower degree of hardness (20 percent softer than the standard Blackroll). This makes it the fascia roller suitable for beginners, active regeneration, sports, yoga, and Pilates. The Blackroll Med is also ideal for therapy applications. With the Blackroll, the whole body and all muscle surfaces can be rolled out. Effectively release muscle tension and adhesions in the fascial tissue.

Already during the first applications, muscle tension and adhesions of the fascial tissue are released. Rolling out with the fascia roller increases the blood flow to the affected muscles. The fascial tissue is mobilized and fascial adhesions are loosened. Regular training with the standard fascia roller increases the elasticity of the fascia and improves mobility. The Blackroll Med is available in 2 different lengths (30 and 45 cm).
