Product information
The Bioswing Propriomed 1 covers the relevant frequencies in neuro-orthopedic rehabilitation with its frequency spectrum (3.0 - 4.0 Hz). The frequency can be adjusted by moving the frequency controls further inwards or outwards.
The entry-level oscillation bar is made of high-quality valve spring steel for resilient oscillation distances of up to 60 cm. If the desired oscillation distance is consistently reached during exercises, we recommend using a shorter bar for a more intensive effect. The hygienic plastic handle is hypoallergenic and can be disinfected with disinfectant wipes.
The Bioswing Propriomed 1 is used as a proprioceptive exercise device in sports and therapy settings.

How does the Propriomed vibration rod work?
Swinging with the Propriomed results in training effects in multiple body systems. Moderated rhythmic stimuli dynamically activate synergistic muscle groups and provide a special activation of the neuromuscular system. At the same time, the muscles in the arms, shoulder girdle, back, entire core, and into the thighs are actively or passively-stabilizing loaded and strengthened.
The alternation between muscle tension and relaxation during training with the Propriomed can have a positive effect on muscle tone and tension.
