The speed can be varied from 1-18 km/h, the incline from 0-12%. The triple damping system ensures a smooth stride. Heart rate monitoring can be done using the hand contact sensors on the device or via a Bluetooth connection to chest straps. Through iConcept, a connection to a mobile phone or tablet can be established to incorporate various running apps into the training. After the workout, the NYDO Proaction can be conveniently stored upright or lying down due to its particularly small folding dimensions.
