BH Fitness® Olympic Rack

The Olympic Rack is a multi-position bench designed for versatile strength training in a semi-professional environment. This bench allows for multiple adjustments to perform horizontal, inclined, or declined bench exercises. The bars are adjustable and include two J-Hooks for positioning an Olympic bar as well as two safety brackets that transform the rack into a squat rack.
