The BH Fitness® Plate Loaded Leg Curl Hackenschmidt is a professional strength machine designed for intense and safe leg training, where the training resistance is generated by loading weight plates instead of a fixed integrated weight system. The guided movement of the sled allows for a controlled and biomechanically correct execution of leg curls, effectively targeting the thigh and glute muscles. The oversized footplate offers a variety of exercise options and enables different training stimuli for individual fitness goals.
The ergonomic seat and backrest position ensures a natural body posture during the exercise, while side handles provide additional stability.
