Bergo® Flooring combines professionalism and appealing aesthetics in a new generation sports floor. Unlike dull, gray stone playing surfaces, this sports floor offers a colorful alternative that ignites a passion for movement. The 100% recyclable polypropylene floor tiles are manufactured and used without chemicals, adhesives, microplastics, or emissions, making them very environmentally friendly. Additionally, the material provides cushioning upon landing, resulting in joint-friendly and back-friendly impact. A playing surface made of Bergo® tiles meets all requirements of EN 14877, including tests for rolling load (EN 1569) and impact resistance (EN 1517), which leads to a 15-year warranty. The tiles can be easily installed and connected by oneself. For protection against vandalism, it is recommended to anchor the floor tiles to the ground.
The total area of the volleyball court is 25.87 m x 17.47 m, with a pure playing area of ​​18.25 m x 9.1 m. The 451 m² area consists of 3750 individual tiles and includes floor tiles (37.5 cm x 37.5 cm), line tiles (37.5 cm x 5 cm), edge tiles (37.5 cm x 6 cm), line edges (5 cm x 6 cm), and line crosses (5 cm x 5 cm). All tiles can be freely chosen in their color to individually design the court and give it a personal touch. Round lines need to be painted separately but are also available in a variety of colors.
