The Beco® Aquadisc SZ is your new training partner for aquafitness and water gymnastics in shallow and deep water. This aquafitness device can be used to improve coordination, strength, balance, and endurance. The handy disc is made of textured hard foam with finger recesses for grip. It is particularly suitable for training the upper body and cardiovascular system. The resistance can be individually controlled by changing the angle position. Therefore, the Disc SZ is recommended for both beginners and advanced training.

Delivery as a set with instructions
