Are the goals also suitable for indoor use, for example on gym floors?

Basically, yes. The goal is lightweight and equipped with a spring mechanism that makes it flexible and prevents it from standing rigidly or heavily on the floor. This means that under normal use, it does not leave scratches or damage on the gym floor.
