The baseball bat set for teenagers and adults consists of a bat approximately 81 cm in length, a baseball with a Ø of 7 cm, and a left-hand glove for right-handers. Because for right-handers, the baseball is caught with the left hand wearing the glove and thrown with the right hand. The baseball bat is made from a single piece of beech wood. The bat, as it is also called, is coated with a transparent varnish.

The sizes of the bat, ball, and glove are ideal for teenagers from around 14 years old and adults.

The individual fingers of the modern baseball glove are separated, the pocket between the thumb and index finger is not closed but designed like a grid to allow for better catching of the baseball. The so-called Basketweb is a popular variation of the pocket. This model can be found on almost all positions and is particularly suitable for pitchers.
