Barbells are absolutely essential in fitness and strength training. The weight plates are made of solid cast iron and can be quickly and easily exchanged and securely fastened thanks to the spring clips. The solid chrome barbell bar is knurled in the grip area, ensuring a secure grip even with damp hands.
The barbell sets (50 kg or 80 kg total weight) consist of a barbell bar with spring clips (approximately 10 kg) and the respective cast iron weight plates in 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, and 15 kg.
