The set consists of 4 bands, suitable for the Digi Extend hand trainer. The bands have different levels of resistance.
Differentiating resistance by color:
Beige: extra light
Yellow: light
Red: medium
Green: strong
How can the Digi hand trainer be used?
The hand trainer can be used for therapy, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation. It is also suitable for strengthening the muscles of the hand.
