The Bänfer Flick Flack Trainer is an ideal training device for learning somersault movements such as the Flick Flack. The training aid supports the correct body posture. Due to its elliptical shape, the device automatically returns to its starting position after the movement.

The Bänfer Flick Flack Trainer is available in three sizes, allowing you to find the appropriate training aid for every body size. Available sizes:
- Mini: up to a height of 1.20 m
- Medi: up to a height of 1.50 m
- Maxi: up to a height of 1.80 m

The softly padded Styrofoam core with a durable cover is perfect for learning somersault movements. The top surface is made of resilient and long-lasting tarpaulin fabric, while the bottom surface provides maximum safety with its non-slip gymnastics mat fabric. The end surfaces are equipped with training tips. The cover is removable via a zipper, and attached carrying straps ensure easy transportation.
