Pre-programmed modes such as Tabata and Fight Gone Bad, as well as a 10-second countdown before starting, support various training forms including HIIT, functional fitness, boxing, MMA, sprints, or kettlebell workouts. The timer features count-up and countdown functions between 00:00 and 99:59, a precise stopwatch with 1/100th of a second accuracy, and a clock display for rest periods. A loud signal tone reliably marks the start, pauses, and end of each interval.
