Unlike most other conventional swing bars, the Artzt Vitality Bioswing has an individually adjustable swinging resistance. Due to the adjustable intensity, the same swing bar is suitable for both beginners and ambitious athletes.
Training with the swing bar is effective and sustainable, as it targets the core muscles in the abdomen and back. This is based on the fact that the vibrations generated by swinging the bar must be balanced by a muscular stabilization of the entire body, including the smallest supporting muscles such as the spine. The Bioswing is used in fitness, sports, and therapy.
The Bioswing can be held with one or both hands. The vibrations can be done horizontally or vertically. Depending on the exercise execution, different muscle and body parts are targeted.
