Product information
The elastic latex band has been specially developed for compression-based mobility techniques. Flossing is the application of elastic bands that are wrapped in a circular manner around joints and tissues with the aim of pain relief and improved mobility. Flossing utilizes the body's natural healing processes for tissue healing and regeneration. In this process, a muscle or joint is tightly wrapped, creating compression. Tissue fluids and blood are pumped from the body region towards the heart. This is followed by a maximum 2-minute load phase of the bound body area. After quickly removing the floss band, the tissue is replenished in a renewed and disproportionately way.
Standard width of 5 cm. Each band is 1 mm thick, allowing for optimal compression and easy wrapping.
