The outdoor Shoulder Trainer is suitable for completing movement training. The upper body, especially the shoulder, elbows, and wrists, are mobilized through the guided hand movements in an external and internal rotation. This movement promotes shoulder mobility and acts preventatively against postural damage.
Application: Place both hands on the rotating discs and turn them in opposite directions. After some time, change the direction of rotation. The intensity can be varied by adjusting the angle of inclination.
