Art Outside® Shoulder Bag
The Shoulder Trainer by Art Outside is a training device for the specific promotion of strength, flexibility, and coordination in the upper extremity. Due to its special design, the Shoulder Trainer is suitable for wheelchair users and individuals without disabilities. The fitness station is delivered fully pre-assembled.
The outdoor Shoulder Trainer is suitable for completing movement training. The upper body, especially the shoulder, elbows, and wrists, are mobilized through the guided hand movements in an external and internal rotation. This movement promotes shoulder mobility and acts preventatively against postural damage.
Application: Place both hands on the rotating discs and turn them in opposite directions. After some time, change the direction of rotation. The intensity can be varied by adjusting the angle of inclination.
Targeted muscle groups:
The guided movements in external and internal rotation provide gentle mobilization in the hand, elbow, and shoulder joints. Additionally, the Shoulder Trainer is used to improve flexibility, loosen the shoulder-neck area, and enhance coordination of the arms.
