A Pullkick is a versatile training device for swimmers that offers two functions in one. It combines the characteristics of a pull buoy (swim puller) and a kickboard (leg swimmer).

Pull buoy function: When you place the Pullkick between your legs, it acts as a pull buoy and supports your legs by keeping them on the surface. This allows you to focus more on your upper body and improve your arm technique without your legs sinking.
