The inflatable springboard is equipped with 2 air chambers, allowing the rebound hardness to be individually adjusted and therefore is optimal for different user age groups. The springboard can be securely attached to gym floors with the included suction cup holders, preventing it from slipping.

Instruction for use
The lower air chamber should have less air pressure and be softer to serve as a spring element. The upper air chamber should be pumped harder to minimize the risk of injury and provide a certain level of stability to the ankle. This is individually adjustable and adaptable according to the user. This is also explained in detail in the included manual.
