The AIREX® Pilates 190 mat was developed in collaboration with Pilates instructors and is perfectly tailored to the demands of classic mat training. The AIREX® products are designed as therapeutic aids for both institutional and home use. A ground-level object serves as a surface for a person during medically indicated and prescribed exercises to improve motor skills and balance, postural control, and/or to provide therapeutic treatment for muscle weakness in the limbs and trunk resulting from a neurological or orthopedic condition.
