With its smooth surface, the Balance Pad is perfect for getting started with barefoot balance training. This Balance Pad has the desired destabilizing properties due to its 6 cm thickness. The flexible foam constantly challenges the body to maintain its balance and stabilize the joints. Exercises on this Balance Pad engage deeper-lying muscles more than exercises without a Balance Pad. Training on the Balance Pad can effectively improve both conditioning and coordination skills such as strength, endurance, and balance.
