The AIREX® Balance-pad Mini Duo consists of two compact balance pads and offers versatile options for functional training, coordination exercises, and dynamic movement sequences. Thanks to the separate support surfaces, both sides of the body can be trained simultaneously or independently. This makes the Duo particularly suitable for one-legged and one-handed exercises, support variations, as well as challenging stabilisation exercises. The soft AIREX® special foam creates an unstable training surface and specifically activates the deep stabilising muscles. Thanks to its compact format, both pads are easy to transport and can be used flexibly in the studio, at home, or on the go. On very smooth floors, it is recommended to use them on an additional AIREX® mat.

Medical intended purpose

The AIREX® products are designed as therapeutic aids for both institutional and home use. An object placed on the floor serves as a base for a person during medically indicated and prescribed exercises to improve motor skills and balance, as well as postural control, and/or for movement therapy to treat muscle weakness in the limbs and trunk following a neurological or orthopedic condition.
