The AIREX® Balance-pad Mini is a compact training device for functional training, coordination exercises, and mobile use. Its smaller surface area makes it particularly suitable for one-legged and one-handed exercises as well as dynamic movement sequences. The soft, flexible AIREX® foam creates an unstable training surface, specifically challenging the stabilising muscles. Thanks to its light weight and compact size, the Balance-pad Mini can be conveniently carried in a sports bag or hand luggage. For safe use on very smooth floors, it is recommended to use it on an additional AIREX® mat.
