The AIREX® Balance-pad Elite is an advancement of the proven Balance pads. It features a unique non-slip, waffle-like texture on its top and bottom surfaces, providing pleasant stimulation of the receptors on the soles of the feet during barefoot balance training. With a thickness of 6 cm, the AIREX® Balance-pad Elite offers the desired destabilizing properties. The flexible foam continuously challenges the body to maintain balance, thereby stabilizing the joints. Exercises on the Balance-pad Elite engage deeper muscles compared to exercises performed without a balance pad.
