The AIREX® Balance-pad Elite is the advanced version of the proven Balance-pad and is suitable for balance, coordination, and stabilization training. The waffle-like structure on the top and bottom provides a pleasant stimulation of the soles of the feet during barefoot training while also supporting a secure stance. The flexible AIREX® foam creates an unstable training surface on which the body must continuously balance itself. This particularly activates the deep muscles and joint-stabilising muscle groups. The Balance-pad Elite is versatile and can be used in therapy, rehabilitation, prevention, and fitness training.
