The Training Dummy AIR-Body® INDOOR is an innovative, modern full-contact training system for handball, indoor soccer, basketball, or other sports, and is also used in professional sports.
The dummy is available in two different sizes, with the smaller version "junior" primarily used in the older youth area.
This body-friendly training partner is suitable for offensive training, duel training, set piece situations, flank training, dribbling, defensive training, heading training, goalkeeper training, and much more. It is easy to use, as it can be inflated within a few minutes using a standard electric pump. The non-slip base plate ensures that the Air-Body® stands securely in the desired location, but can also be easily moved on the indoor floor using the attached suction cups.
