Training with a pulley expands the possibilities of suspension training by adding another unstable component. The instability created by the pulley challenges both strength and muscle coordination simultaneously. The resistance of the pulley can be adjusted individually and continuously, allowing the instability to be tailored to the specific exercise or athlete.
The handles are made of a particularly lightweight and highly durable fiberglass-reinforced plastic. For quick changes in handle height, it is usually sufficient to adjust only one of the two handle knots. Foot loops are integrated - with the aeroSling® ELITE, you simply push the handles aside and use the handle loop itself to hang your feet.
