A-Champs® Reaction Training ROXProX
The ROXProX (reaction trainer) pods are suitable for various reaction training sessions with the aim of improving motor-cognitive abilities. They are equipped with a sensor that emits signals to the athlete in the form of a flashing light, sound, or vibration. The different signals or colors indicate to the athlete how they should react. The training session also includes live feedback through a free app to assess the athlete's results.
