Fascia is the fibrous connective tissue of the musculoskeletal system that surrounds muscles. The realization that the majority of sports-related overload injuries do not affect muscle fibers, intervertebral discs, or bones, but rather this fascial tissue, has led to the emergence of so-called "fascia training."

Handlebars completely mounted on a concrete precast foundation with a stainless steel fascia roller holder. The height of the fascia roller is approximately 138 cm and can be put into operation immediately. In a standing position, the musculature of the upper body can be massaged and mobilized.
