Fasciae are fibrous connective tissues of the musculoskeletal system that envelop muscles. The realization that the majority of sports-related overload injuries do not affect muscle fibers, intervertebral discs, or bones, but rather this fascial tissue, has led to the emergence of so-called "fascia training."

In a supine position, tensions in the legs, buttocks, and upper body can be treated. The height of the roller is approximately 40 cm. The handlebars and the stainless steel fascia roller holder are already mounted on a precast concrete foundation and can be put into operation immediately.
