This space-saving pentagon outdoor calisthenics system is ideal for smaller areas and offers a comprehensive training experience for young and old. The system is made of durable stainless steel and guarantees maximum resistance to weather conditions. With an incline bench, abdominal exercises can be efficiently performed, while the parallel bars at different heights allow for varied pull-ups and other upper body exercises. An additional push-up element expands the training possibilities to specifically strengthen the arm and chest muscles.
