tanga sports® Pull Buoy EPP
Pull buoys are used as training devices to improve swimming technique and strengthen the upper body. The pull buoy is placed as a flotation device between the thighs. When swimming with the pull buoy (without using the legs), beginners can focus on the correct arm movement. The pull buoy lifts the hips and helps to achieve the ideal body alignment.
