You essentially slip your upper body into the large, sturdy air-filled bubble and wear it like a backpack with the help of the straps and handles. This allows you to push each other or run against each other without the risk of injury. However, individual fitness is also required for maximum fun, as the game is not completely sweat-free due to the 10 kg of the bubble.
