The versatile Power Stick is suitable for use in aquafitness, swimming lessons, rehabilitation, aqua Nordic walking, and aqua yoga. The two handles or loops at both ends allow for a variety of uses, such as a kickboard, pull buoy, dumbbell, Nordic walking stick, or pool noodle.

The stretching length of the Power Stick is 40 cm on each side and should not be exceeded. Do not pull apart with hands and feet at the same time.
