Antworks® Training Board Strong Ant III
The Strong Ant III is a special training board for training and strengthening the finger and arm muscles (grip strength). It is particularly suitable for climbing and bouldering training.
There are pockets, one- and two-finger holes with depths ranging from 15 mm to 40 mm, on four rows. For particularly good grip, the two sloping ends of the top edge are undercut. The horizontal top edge itself is flattened at a 25° angle. The pockets have a grooved surface, ensuring a very good grip between the fingers and the board.
