TOGU® Actiroll® Wave
The innovative, air-filled fascia roll for self-massage and fascial relaxation. Body regions such as legs and back can be rolled and massaged with the help of the structured surface of the Togu fascia roll. The special material of the Actiroll fascia roll by Togu® has a rebounding (absorbing) effect. This allows pain-free rolling over joints and vertebrae during fascia training with the Actiroll. However, spinal vertebrae and joints should generally be avoided during fascia training and fascia massage.
The focus of training with the Actiroll fascia roll is on releasing tension and adhesions in the fascia tissue. Blood circulation is stimulated during fascia massage and the metabolism in the cells is increased. The curved lines or waves of the fascia roll have a gentle and even massaging effect. The strength of the fascia roll can be adjusted using the pump.
