How do you play OMNIKIN?

The game is played with 3 teams. Each team has 4 players on the 21 x 21 m field. One team calls out the color of another team and throws the ball so that the called team cannot catch it before it touches the ground. Three players of the throwing team sit on their knees and lift the ball up in the air, while the fourth player hits it away as uncatchable as possible. The receiving team has 10 seconds to bring the ball to a stop and then immediately performs its own serve without pausing.
